We start at the Portal del Roser, where we see the wall, the first great Roman construction on the Iberian Peninsula. We talk about the natives of Tarraco and the evolution of the wall. Next, we enter the old town and see the model of Roman Tarraco, which helps us to get an idea of what the city was like at the height of its splendour. After passing through the streets of the Upper Part, we arrive at the steps of the Cathedral, where we are told about the building that took its place in Roman times: the temple of Augustus, beyond the festivities in past decades. Afterwards, we will go to the Pla de la Seu, to explain in more detail the Cathedral of Tarragona and one of the most popular traditions of the city: the castles. Afterwards, we continue discovering the streets of the Parte Alta and its Roman remains, such as those in the Plaça del Fòrum. Next, we recommend entering the Circ-Pretori, where we can see the interior scrolls of this magnificent show building, as well as its stands, and we can also access the Torre del Pretori, an ancient Roman building, from where we can enjoy unforgettable views over the landscapes of the historic centre, the sea and the port. On the way out, we approach the Amphitheatre, and we also learn about the famous gladiatorial fights. We finish at the famous Balcó del Mediterrani, where we say goodbye while by "tocant ferro" (touching iron).

We can include other monuments such as the Passeig Arqueològic, the Cathedral of Tarragona or the monuments on the outskirts of the city: the aqüeducte, the quarry Mèdol or the Vila dels Munts.
