Introduction

The Tarragona Municipal Tourist Board (Patronat Municipal de Turisme de Tarragona) is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on accessibility of public sector websites and applications for mobile devices, transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016.

This accessibility statement applies to the tarragonaturisme.cat website, excluding embedded content from other domains.

  • the period of twenty working days has elapsed without having received a reply,

Complaints will be received and processed by the Tarragona City Council Accessibility Unit.

The aim of the Tarragona Municipal Tourist Board (Patronat Municipal de Turisme de Tarragona) to make all the information on this portal available to citizens in order to avoid exclusion, promote accessibility and achieve universal access to information.
